   The Fourth Hospital of Wuhan was founded in 1864 by Dr. Shi Weishan, a British medical doctor. It pioneered the “Western Medicine into the Han Dynasty” and was the first Western medicine hospital in Hubei. It is a national third-grade general hospital and affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
